I dont why Tony is picking on What's her name in the factory, it hardly seems fair to make her choose someone to sack just because Carla has left him. Although I reckon he won't sack whoever she chooses anyway.

The new family are growing on me a bit, except for the dad, he's just a waste of space at the moment.

I'm surprised Julie can't find one person to sack, in her position I'd find it difficult choosing just one of those awful people. The only one I'd actually keep is Fiz. I think I'd get rid of Sally though. I know the reasons aren't valid and you're not allowed to sack people because of this, but Sally's got three wages going into her house and they have their own business. The other stroppy ones, Sean, Kelly and Janice have nobody to support them.
