Monday 18th May
I thought Eileen was quite good up till the final scene which wasn't convincing at all. Her dad was dead yet she seemed to think he'd just popped out to the shops. Not very good acting. And what did the policeman mean "he's been dead for quite some time" when she'd been talking to them at the door for about two minutes? Was he accusing her of harbouring a dead body, somebody who died days ago?
I just can't feel sorry for Colin because he doesn't need the sympathy,he has more than enough for himself. I wish we'd seen some genuine remorse instead of the "poor me" stuff which made him look like a northern Billy Mitchell.
I like Norris's brother Ramsay, I'd like to see him stay a while.

I agree, Eileen was very unconvincing in the last scenes, with her 'oh dad' like he'd just stubbed his toe
I think Norris slightly over reacted to his brother saying he killed his mum!!
