I couldnt help but laugh at the picture, but its such a shame, why do people fly tip? Surely it takes as much effort to shove a washer in the back of a car and drive it to the middle of nowhere, as it does to drive it to the local tip?

Fly tipping drives me crazy. I blame the councils though. If they would collect these things and take them away there would be no need for fly tipping. My neighbour hired a skip last year because they were getting a new kitchen. Within two days, you couldn't have got a matchstick in it and none of it was from my neighbour. He was livid. Shocked :rofl:

I shouldn't laugh, but he dumped a load of stuff in someone else's skip a while ago so it was poetic justice. Wink
