A couple of shots from my holiday in York. I was pretty disappointed with the shots I got, bad weather didnt help, but when I'm with the kids I dont get time to compose them properly Rolling Eyes (thats my excuse anyway and I'm sticking to it Laughing )

Great pics Lou, like the greyness of the first one, Was it easy to get a pic of that ceiling, you`ve got it bang in the centre.
In the last pic, love the angle, makes the bottom of his pictures look 3D.
Love to be able to paint like that.

So would I, I've done some oil painting in the past, but no where near as good as that.

If I'd had my tripod the ceiling one would have been a lot easier, as it was I took about 6 because I struggled to get a high enough shutter speed so it didnt blur. I was too embarrassed to lay down on the floor to take it Embarassed

The picture of the ceiling is really good. I love York but haven't been there in a few years.
