Monday 9th December
Tonight was always just going to be a build up episode. But why did Bianca insist on going ahead with the party? Whitney's face was so long right from the start, she almost tripped over her chin Most parents would have cancelled the party if they could see their child was that unhappy.
What has happened to Lucas's son? I thought he lived with Lucas, but he seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth.
I wonder if the money that Bradley gave Dot is a precursor for Nick returning. By the look on her face when the guy in the laundrette left, she got some kind of buzz from helping someone directly. I wonder if she starts splashing the cash around the homeless shelters and Nick sees her or something.

That final scene between Bianca and Whitney was just too annoying for words. How many times did Whitney say "It's...." Praise be, she managed to get out ".....Tony" eventually, I half expected someone to burst into the room and interrupt them again. I'm looking forward to seeing how Patsy Palmer deals with Bianca's rage and bewilderment, I hope she makes it convincing.
I'm really hoping that Lucas is genuine and doesn't turn out to be some kind of con artist. And while I enjoyed Diane Parish's comic skills in her present no-sex dilemma, it was just typical of Denise to be so selfish. If celibacy is an important part of your religion, a woman with respect for you will also respect that.

I know what you mean, I was sat there thinking 'spit it out FGS'. I think it was because the 'its' didnt sound convincing, it sounded like she was reading off a script not that she was struggling to find the words.
