He's lost six stone in as many months and looks fantastic. It took me three months to lose just half a stone so I could fit into a nice dress for a wedding in April, it's only mid June and I've put it all back on.

Pah!! that's nothing I could put 6 stone on in 6 months easy.

Oh, lose 6 stone !! affraid Nope not a chance for me, although that seems awful quick.

Well done Lulu for losing the weight  I'e just downloaded a hypnotherapy do-da to see if it helps, because I've got no willpower.

Well, good for him cos he really was getting a bit chubby. I gain weight so easily. Such a struggle to lose it too. My other half eats twice what I do and never puts on weight. So unfair. Evil or Very Mad

If I had another half I'd be ok. That's my problem I reckon, I'm eating for 2

I've been watching The Biggest Loser and the people on there were amazing, they were all really, really overweight, but most were lovely people. And the guy who won lost 40% of his body weight and looked amazing. It made me ashamed of the pathetic effort I put in Embarassed

Well, I'm the same. It's pretty half-hearted for me too. I think I'd need to get my jaws wired shut to make any difference.
