The difference between Corrie and Eastenders tonight was astounding. The acting and the dialogue was spot of throughout both episodes.

I was umm-ing and ahh-ing during the 2nd part, thinking it was impossible for Tony to have predicted that Liam would forget his wallet, because I must have missed seeing him pick it up, if they showed it.
Very in keeping for them to show Tony taking the cash out of the wallet before throwing it, he's not one to let money get away from him.

I wondered about the wallet, them showing it.
Will that be what they find later, ( say when the actor who plays Tony wants to leave Corrie) that helps them establish that something must have happened to Liam, purposely, rather then just a fatal accident.

And they in end, find Tony guilty.

I thought Tony took the money out so when the wallet's found it'll look like it was a thief who took it. But then he threw it into the canal where it'll never be found, it's not like it can wash up on a beach somewhere. No
