Monday 18th August
A mediocre episode. Christian is getting more like Ian, especially in the way he deals with Lucy. Letting her get away with the party with barely a word is just going to encourage her to carry on.
I can understand Zainab being upset, but I didnt like the 'We're Masoods, we dont apologise.' line was out of order. And even if Tamwar hadnt been cutting up bullseyes they would still have been closed down. Anywhere that prepares food has to have a least 2 sinks for a start, I know that much at least. One for hand washing and one for pot washing.
Two newbies in one day! Cant say I was overly impressed with either, but its early days.

Finally a mention of Chips the Invisible Dog. So they "lost" him and the kids were "heartbroken"? Don't remember seeing that episode. I wonder if Jane meant lost or dead?
How annoying is Roxy? We all agreed that Jane got a bit above herself with a tendency to lord it over Walford's inferior beings and here was Roxy doing exactly the same thing. When did she become responsible for the hiring and firing in the Vic? Silly cow. We don't all have rich rellies who can invent jobs for us so her dismissal of the newbie wasn't nice.
Suzy's another ignoramus. Her tedious pronouncements on Walford residents covered Stacey and Dot today. And apparently she knows nothing about meerkats either.
