The Dark Knight
Watched it today and Heath blew my mind! Wow did'nt realise what a great actor he was. He was completely in character and transformed himself. Bit dissapointed he won't be in the next one because of obvious reason's but IMO it was a great last role to play. R.I.P Heath.

Re: The Dark Knight
Went to see this last night and thought it was really good even though I don't usually like films like this. Heath Ledger was good in it too.

Re: The Dark Knight
I'm the same as you HiJo, I really don't like these times of things; superhero movies aren't my kind of thing, but I am inclined to watch this just due to the absolute mega buzz it seems to have created.
Although, I did try it with Spiderman and even Kirsten Dunst couldn't keep me watching.

Re: The Dark Knight
I havent seen it yet, but I'm always weary of really hyped films, because I end up not enjoying them like Titanic (although I did enjoy Indiana )
Re: The Dark Knight
The Dark Knight's had a lot of criticism because of the 12 certificate. It's really not suitable for children. What's the point of censors if they're not going to do their job properly? This isn't like watching telly, which parents can (or should) supervise. If there's a film your kids might like you have to trust the censors to give it the proper certificate. It's a bit much to pay all that money, only to have to leave halfway through because you think it's too violent and should never have had a 12.

Re: The Dark Knight
TBH I dont think the censors know what they're doing. Indiana Jones was a PG13 (or PG12), and The Mummy was a 12A. But both of mine watch both films without a problem at ages 8 and 10.
Yet I've seen PG films that are far scarier.
