Thurs 13th November
:hmm: Bit of a pathetic episode.
Jane's mum accosting Charlie in the Vic was just plain silly, and for Brenda to leave despite the fact she could hear what was happening and that Charlie was protesting against her was even more silly.
I'm not really interested in Archie playing mind games with Sean, I'd rather see him manipulating Peggy It sounded like Peggy was tickling Roxy at the end and she was laughing hysterically !
Who knew Shirley was so good at making cakes As well as Suzy's cake being a total failure, her effort to plaster it on Ian's face was a failure too

Re: Thurs 13th November
I was surprised Archie was so hard on Suzy, telling her her cake was rank. I thought he was trying to impress her? And Ian didn't get a faceful of cake at all, how disappointing.
I liked the Jack and Stacey scenes, he was so right when he told her Tanya's solicitor would demolish her in the witness box. She seemed a bit shocked at the news of Max's "death" but was only concerned that Bradley might be upset. Does nobody, apart from Abi, actually care whether Max lives or dies? Suzy got over it quickly enough and spent the eppy faffing around with a cake. Her worry over her brother's medical condition was really obvious
Roxy just gets more and more stupid. She wouldn't listen to Ronnie and even when Sean's making the same observations she just won't accept it. It's believable that this silly girl couldn't cope with single parenthood, she needs a whole support system living under the same roof.

Re: Thurs 13th November
Charlie's girlfriend Brenda is one of the most annoying EE characters in a long time. They need to either establish her properly or let her go for good. All this coming and going and fluttering around is just silly. Seeing her flounce out of the Vic again last night when she knew perfectly well Charlie wasn't encouraging Jane's mum just made me wish he would stand up for himself and tell Brenda to grow up.
