I agree, he's a bad man but doesn't deserve death. If you remember, his affair with Tanya broke up his first marriage, and from what we can gather there have been many more affairs, so Tanya knew exactly what sort of man she was marrying.

He`s a good character that`s he does such awful things realistically.
I wouldn`t want see him go.

I don't want him to go either, he's an interesting character. I just don't believe he's a victim in any way.

Same here, he's a good character, I just don't like the way he's being portrayed as a victim. Everything that has happened has been of his own doing and he deserves everything he gets.

I actually dont necessarily agree that Tanya knew exactly what she was getting into. She has a naivety about her, and I think that coming from the place she did, she hadn't been shown much affection by her family. So when Max showed her a bit of affection she was bowled over by it all. And we've never been told when she found out he was married, it may have been after she found out she was pregnent, in which case she would have been stuck between a rock and a hard place, on one hand she's just foud out her 'boyfriend' is married, on the other she's having a baby. At the same time she was only 18 and, looking at her family life, not really experience in the world.

Max however knew exactly what he was doing, and everything he's ever done has been meticulously planned, even down to squirrelling money away at the rate of £2k a year!! He's always been in control of everything he's done, without any assistance from outside influences.

I might be getting mixed up here, so correct me if I am, but didn't Tanya meet Max when she was babysitting?
