What a heartbreaking programme. Hundreds of children addicted to glue, walking round with glue bottles hanging out of their mouths, young kids, some not bigger than toddlers, just dumped by the government basically after their parents have died or something has happened at home. Most of the kids just want to go back to school, but without a uniform they're not allowed in, so they cant do anything to help themselves get out of it. So they use the glue to escape and end up addicted.
