TBH I thought it was a bit of a dull episode, even the attack at the end wasn't particularly enthralling.

Boxing day episode seems short Shocked

And for the life of me I don't believe that a random officer sent to the scene would arrest anyone in a murder case, unless they caught them in the act. It'd be left to the CID. They might arrest her for non compliance because she wanted to leave, but not for murder.

We laughed at that scene, the silly police officer arresting Ronnie for no reason at all. Her behaviour was exactly in keeping with someone who'd found their dad dying on the floor, the policeman knew no reason why Ronnie would murder him.

I was surprised to see Sam back, I thought she'd gone for good. I think it might be her who did it, then she can go and never never come back. Somebody would surely be in trouble over that. Despite skipping bail once, she's given bail a second time and disappears again only to return and murder someone. The Daily Mail would love it. What a Face

Surely Archie's death means that once again the Mitchells have been saved from poverty? It's bound to turn out that Archie didn't change his will and everything goes to Peggy. That includes the loan he bought from Ian, so the Vic will return to Peggy's hands again.

I forgot about the will, yeah the way he was playing Janine, there's no way he would have changed it. It would have been good if he had though, I'd love to see Peggy out on her ear after all because he's left everything to Janine, or even a cat's home Laughing
