Wow what an amazing midwife Tony is, delivered that baby with no problems at al, although I did like the bit when he said 'I cant see the head..... urgh you could have prepared me for seeing that' 
And the baby was amazingly clean lol.
Kirk is just too stupid sometimes, I know he's meant to be daft, but telling Maria to call the baby a letter of the alphabet was too stupid even for Kirk.

The baby had no umblical cord . I know half the Corrie viewers would have fainted dead away at such realism, but the way Tony picked up baby Liam and handed him to Maria, I was thinking "ouch, don't pull"
