As far I can see these women did nothing to warrant the treatment they received.

Yeah it does seem extreme to treat them in this way if, as reported, they were only asking for the police officer's number.Someone's got a lot of explaining to do.

It's disgusting. I would usually support the police because I think they have a difficult job but this is police brutality, no doubt. If they're refusing to wear anything that can identify them, there must be a reason for that. They need to be sacked because they're not fit to do the job. That woman wasn't even putting up a fight and there looked like five or six officers holding her down.
