Has anyone else been watching this? It started last week and i's on tonight ch4 9pm. I found the programme patronising from beginning to end. Rich family meets poor family, compare lifestyles and possessions. Rich family realise how deprived poor family are and give them handouts in the form of money, computer, holiday etc. Poor family are eternally grateful and pledge forever friendship to rich family. There is no way I would have volunteered to take part in a programme like this, no matter ...

Did anyone else watch tonights programme? What a lazy woman. I think her behaviour could be classed as child abuse. She's the mother of an 18month old little girl and stays in bed,(and leaves her child in a cot) until at least 12noon. When she finally surfaces she feeds her child crisps n cola for breakfast and then goes on-line to chat to friends for most of the rest of the day. There is a cat litter tray overflowing with poo within easy reach of the child. To top it all, mum goes out 4nights ...

Theres always loads of good films on at Christmas, I dont know why they cant spread them over the year, because unless you do absolutely nothing all Christmas, you miss a lot of good TV.

But the bad thing about Christmas and New Year TV is all the programmes that round up the year. In other words a bunch of clip shows from this years tv New Years Eve this year is atrocious, the only thing I fancy watching is The Fast and the Furious and Too Fast Too Furious, both of which are years ...

An ITV1 insider said: “Carly’s a great signing. She is so fit.

Did anyone else see this? Brilliant programme for people like me who were brought up on 80's music. Some of the stars have aged better than others

Paul Young seemed to be the only one miming, he's not much better at it now than he was in the 80s when everyone mimed on Top of the Pops.

I love those sorts of shows, they bring back so many memories.

Stelling, a cult hero on Sky’s six-hour footie results show, was up against comic Alexander Armstrong for the job.

Armstrong was offered a contract, but turned it down, leaving C4 chiefs in the lurch.

Just watched one where they put a biker family from Kent together with a polo set family (where the woman was once romantically involved with Prince Charles!) together. Its obvious that they are just never going to agree on anything

It was much better when you had families who said 'we wouldnt have thought of doing this, but actually its not that bad'.
